FLOurish to offer more than 15 fully funded leadership scholarships

The 2026–27 FLOurish program will run virtually from Jan. 6 to June 23, 2027. Its organizers describe it as a leadership and professional development program for emerging women leaders in wine and spirits, combining coaching, peer and industry mentorship, networking and practical skills development.

Dream Big Darling and The Millinger Group report that the program has graduated more than 100 people since its 2020 founding. They also say participants in the 2025–26 cohort reported increased confidence and professional connections; all surveyed participants said they would recommend the program. Applications for the next cohort close Dec. 4, 2026.
