Djokovic Winery names La Ville Imports for tri-state launch and U.S. expansion

Serbian producer Djokovic Winery has appointed La Ville Imports as its exclusive importer, brand representative and distributor in New York, New Jersey and Connecticut, according to an announcement dated Oct. 7. The New York-based company will introduce the winery’s portfolio to restaurants, private clubs, retailers and hospitality venues in the three states.

The announcement also identifies La Ville as the winery’s primary strategic partner for expansion into other U.S. markets. It says further details on availability and launch activities will follow. Djokovic Winery is based near Topola, Serbia, and describes its portfolio as limited production.

La Ville Imports, founded in 2000, says it serves the tri-state area and works with partners and brands across a wider U.S. distribution network. The announcement does not specify which additional markets the companies will target or provide a timetable for expansion.
